"The Christian Man", Watercolor on Paper, 16"x20", $295.00
This painting was done from a photo I took at "Local Colors" a cultural fest in Roanoke, VA. I love being able to get out and just meet people. This man was one of them and I was drawn to his hair at first and there was a glow about him and I asked if I could take his picture and he agreed.
We made small talk and he was a Christian as you see the Cross on his chest. I told him that I was an artist and planned on doing his painting later.

There is something mesmerising about this painting! The highlights make him look somewhat enlightened! The skin tone is soooo awesome and I love the background. Exciting!
